Time change announced for 2025 NCAA Midwest Regional

STILLWATER – Due to predicted high temperatures ahead of Friday's NCAA Cross Country Midwest Regional meet at the Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course in Stillwater, start times have been moved up.
The women's 6K will now start at 9 a.m. CT, with the men's 10K immediately following at 10 a.m. The shuttle schedule from O'Brate Stadium has also been adjusted, with shuttles going roughly every 20 minutes beginning at 7:30 a.m.
The top two teams from each region plus an additional 14 at-large selections will advance to the NCAA Championships in Columbia, Missouri, on November 22.
