STILLWATER – Oklahoma State junior Grace Kilcrease has been named to the 2024-25 All-Big 12 Women's Golf Team.
Kilcrease is coming off a fifth-place showing and all-tournament honors at last month's Big 12 Championship, where she also helped lead OSU to a runner-up finish in the team standings.
"This is a well-deserved honor for Grace," head coach Greg Robertson said. "She's had a tremendous year, and the focus and hard work that she puts in every single day has certainly paid off. It's fun to watch someone like that have the success she's having, because she's earned every last bit of it."
The nation's 35th-ranked golfer has been a staple in the Cowgirl lineup this season, shooting par-or-better in half of her 32 rounds, including eight in the 60s. She leads the team in scoring average (71.91) and birdies (96) heading into postseason play.
"It means a lot to be a part of the All-Big 12 team," Kilcrease said. "There are so many talented teams and players in this conference and I am blessed to have had the opportunity to play in some incredible tournaments in the fall and spring. I'm super excited for regionals with the team next week."
The Tulsa transfer wasted little time settling in, beginning the season with six consecutive top 10 finishes. It was the fourth longest streak in OSU's recorded history and matched the longest ever to start a Cowgirl career.
In her OSU debut, Kilcrease took on the historic Pebble Beach Golf Links and came out on top, winning the Carmel Cup by a stroke over the nation's current No. 4 golfer, Arkansas' Maria Jose Marin.
Kilcrease followed that up with an eighth-place showing at the Schooner Fall Classic where she carded a second-round 63. It was the lowest round in Cowgirl golf history by score and second-lowest vs. par (-7).
The Springdale, Arkansas, native closed out the fall in dominant fashion, ripping off three more top 10s, including a tie for sixth at the Charles Schwab women's Collegiate Challenge. Following a three-month break, she didn't slow down, opening the spring campaign with her second-best finish of the season; a tie for fourth at the FAU Paradise Invitational.
The Cowgirls will return to action Monday at the NCAA Gold Canyon Regional.
