Cowgirl Golf ties program record with six Academic All-Big 12 selections

STILLWATER – The Big 12 Conference announced its Spring Academic Honors Lists on Tuesday, with all six returning Cowgirls being named to an Academic All-Big 12 team.

Ellie Bushnell, Lucy Darr, Grace Kilcrease, Summer Lee, Tarapath Panya and Marta Silchenko each earned Academic All-Big 12 recognition. Oklahoma State tied its program record with six selections, matching the mark set in 2022.

After each being named to the 2025 team, juniors Ellie Bushnell and Marta Silchenko have now earned the distinction twice in their careers.

To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must maintain a 3.20 GPA or higher, either cumulative or over the two previous semesters, and must have participated in 20% of their team's scheduled contests.

Additionally, freshman Yu-Chu Chen earned a selection to the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team, bringing OSU's total selection count to seven.

To be eligible for selection to the Rookie Team, student-athletes must be incoming freshmen who have completed 24 semester hours of non-remedial coursework and achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
