Cowgirl Tennis Collects ITA All-Academic Team Honor; Six Named ITA Scholar-Athletes

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State women's tennis has been named an ITA All-Academic Team for the 2025-26 season, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced Monday.
The honor marks the 11th time in program history and the fifth consecutive season the Cowgirls have earned ITA All-Academic Team recognition.
Six Cowgirls were named ITA Scholar-Athletes, including returner Lucia Peyre, who has been a member of four of the program's five consecutive ITA All-Academic Teams.
The six ITA Scholar-Athletes bring the Cowgirls' program total to 81 all-time.
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) for the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form.
To qualify as an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must post a team grade point average of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), with all included student-athletes listed on the institutional eligibility form and all varsity letterwinners factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year.
