2014 Outdoors: Recorded a new lifetime best in the long jump at the John McDonnell Invitational, earning a third place finish at the meet with a 5.70m/18-8.5...Placed in the top five in four of her five appearances in the long jump.
2014 Indoors: Placed 8th in the 60 meters at the KSU Winter Invite, finishing with a personal-best 8.11...Made her first-career appearance in the 300 meters at the KSU Winter Invite, where her 42.95 earned 11th place honors.
2013 Outdoors: Set a new lifetime best in the long jump at the Tulsa Duels, with a 5.26m/17-3--good enough for 10th at the meet ... At the John McDonnell Invite, placed 18th in the 200 meters, finishing in a lifetime-best 26.29
2013 Indoors: Saw action in five meets for the Cowgirls ... At the KSU All-Comers Meet, Adams set personal bests in the 60 meters (8.19), and the 300 meters (43.90) ... At the Arkansas-OSU Dual, Adams put up a season-best 5.16m/16-11.25 in the long jump.
