Gallagher-Iba Arena
ANIMALS
Service animals (dogs) for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited. All service animals (dogs) must remain under the control of the handler at all times.

AREA OF ARENA EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
The Areas of Arena Emergency Assistance for Gallagher-Iba Arena are located on the concourse level (inside the north and south stair towers) by the elevators. These areas are marked with signage.

ELEVATORS
The elevator located in the southwest lobby is restricted for ADA use only and the elevator located in the northwest lobby is restricted to ADA use and suite holders. The elevator located in the west side of the arena is for people accessing the suite level and the 4th floor. Proper credentials or suite tickets are required to use the west elevator.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police or OSU EHS personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know where the emergency is occurring.

ESCALATORS
Escalators are located in the middle of the east plaza. They are open to the general public to reach the concourse level.Â

EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, arena staff will utilize the public address system and the video board to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff.

FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
Family/special needs restrooms are located on the north and south ends of the concourse level. These restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.

FIRST AID ROOM
The First Aid Room is located on the south end of the concourse (Room # 316).Â

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Procedures have been developed for inclement weather. Information and procedures will be provided to the fans in the event of inclement weather. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and video boards.

LISTENING DEVICES (ASSISTIVE)
Listening devices are available in Gallagher-Iba Arena for fans with hearing impairments. These devices can be picked up and returned to the game day ticket office location (east lobby by escalators). The person picking up the listening device will need to leave their driver's license at the ticket office. The driver's license will be returned when the device is returned to ticket office after the game.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Federal law prohibits the use, possession, distribution or cultivation of marijuana for any reason on the OSU campus. Federal law also prohibits the use and distribution of marijuana for any reason at events authorized or supervised by OSU. Even with the evolving state law permitting marijuana for medical reasons, it is important for everyone to know they cannot consume, smoke or possess marijuana on campus even though they might have a card or prescription permitting them to do so.

PARKING - ADA/MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE PARKING
For men's basketball games, ADA overflow parking is located within Lot 6, which is directly South of Boone Pickens stadium. ADA parking in Lot 6 will provide access starting as early as 90 minutes prior to the start of each game.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the arena on the ground and concourse levels. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
