C.J. Lickert started at Oklahoma State University in March of 2013 and serves as Executive Producer for Orange Power Studios.
Lickert was born in Omaha, Neb., where he attended Burke High School before going to the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Journalism with concentrations in communications, English and history. As an undergraduate at Nebraska, Lickert worked at HuskerVision. His brother, Mike, heads up Rock Chalk Video Productions at the University of Kansas.Â

After graduation he moved to Florida to work with Major League Baseball's Tampa Bay Rays before moving to Norfolk, Va., where he helped open the Ted Constant Convocation Center. He was also part of the staff that opened the Qwest Center (now Centurylink Center) in Omaha.
Lickert then spent six years with the New Orleans Hornets before coming to Stillwater. He has also worked as a freelance director for the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, and served as technical director for the Bayou Classic, the New Orleans Bowl, the Sugar Bowl and the 2012 BCS National Championship Game.
Lickert is a member of the Information Display and Entertainment Association.
