Dusty Barrett, from Beggs, OK, has served as the athletic trainer for OSU tennis since August of 2021.
Dusty completed his bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Sciences at Oral Roberts University in 2000. While gaining his education, he played 4 years of baseball for ORU. He then played professionally for the Mississippi Bluesman. He earned his master’s degree in athletic training from OSU-CHS in 2017, and during that time he spent three months working with the baseball team at Oral Roberts University.
After graduation, he worked for Tulsa Bone and Joint as an Athletic Trainer for 4 years. He joined OSU Sports Medicine in March of 2021.
Barrett is a Certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and is Licensed in the state of Oklahoma.
Dusty is married to his wife Sarah and have three children, Sunni, Savannah, and Samuel.
