Jawauna Harding is the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Leadership and Professional Development. She began her tenure at OSU in 2008, where she worked for Career Services before establishing the student-athlete development center. Her experience as a former student-athlete, administrator, and practitioner provides her with a unique perspective on holistic student-athlete development.

Before transitioning to Athletics, Harding spent 12 years with the office of Career Services. As a Senior Career Coordinator, she served as a liaison for specialized populations. Harding has served on multiple University-wide strategic planning committees. Her professional background also includes brief stints in public relations consulting, corporate communications, and the non-profit sector.

Originally from Norman, Harding graduated from OSU in 2006 and married OSU alumnus Duane Harding. They enjoy taking their two kids, Kyler and Bella, to OSU events and supporting student-athletes.
