Jesse Martin is Oklahoma State’s senior associate athletic director of external affairs and the administrative representative for Cowgirl Softball.
During his time in that position, OSU won the Big 12 Championship in 2022 and appeared in the Women’s College World Series in 2011, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Martin has been critical in driving numerous initiatives that have benefitted student-athletes, coaches and fans and during his tenure and has played an important role in the Cowgirl Softball program shattering attendance records and rising to the top of the sport.
Martin also serves on the NCAA Division I Softball Committee, the group tasked with selecting the NCAA tournament field each year.
Prior to OSU, Martin worked with the Mississippi Sea Wolves of the East Coast Hockey League, with whom he was selected as 2004 ECHL Ticket Executive of the Year.
A native of Madison, Kansas, Martin graduated from Fort Hays State with a degree in marketing.
He and his wife, Ashleigh, have three children: Mackenzie, Maddox and Miles.
