Keely Ratcliff
- Title:
- Physician Assistant
- Email:
From Amber, Oklahoma, Keely is a fourth-generation graduate of Oklahoma State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2020. During her time as an intern with OSU Sports Nutrition the following year, a lifetime of cheering for the Pokes and growing up immersed in small-town sports came full circle, as Keely discovered her passion for athletics, wellness, and helping others perform at their best.
She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at OSU Center for Health Sciences in 2023 and joined OSU Athletics in January 2024. As part of the team that cares for Cowboy and Cowgirl athletes, Keely is passionate about helping individuals thrive—both on and off the field.
In addition to her work in sports medicine, she sees patients one day a week at OSU Family Medicine in Mannford, where she loves the variety of rural family practice and the opportunity to build relationships with patients of all ages. With her strong foundation in nutrition, Keely is especially passionate about preventive care. She loves equipping patients with the tools to feel strong and capable—through food, movement, mindset, and intentional habits. Whether she’s working with college athletes or families in clinic, her goal is always the same: to help people live healthy, purpose-driven lives.
Outside of medicine, Keely finds joy in weekend getaways with her family, cooking new recipes, and staying active. She’s deeply rooted in her faith in Jesus, loves spending time with her church community, and enjoys investing her time in discipleship and kid’s ministry. No matter the season, you’ll find her cheering on the Cowboys and Cowgirls—often in boots, whether on the job or with the people she loves most.
