Entering his second season as the graduate assistant for Cowgirl basketball is Kelby Carver.

A native of Holliday, Texas, Carver joined the program in 2013 as a student manager. During that span, his duties included gameday preparations, equipment inventory and distribution, meal planning and assisting with summer camps.
Â
Prior to joining the OSU women’s program, Carver spent one season as a manager for the men’s team, working with the Cowboys during the 2012-13 campaign.
Â
A three-sport letterwinner at Holliday High, Carver has been the recipient of several scholarships, including the Kurt Budke and Miranda Serna Memorial Scholarship.

Carver received his undergraduate degree in secondary education last spring from OSU and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in leisure studies. The son of Kelly and Tina Carver, he one one brother, Kaleb.
