Rolando Surita

Rolando Surita joined the Oklahoma State Football staff in December 2025 as head coach Eric Morris’ Chief of Staff.
He oversees all administrative, recruiting and off-the-field operations for the Cowboys.
Prior to arriving in Stillwater, Surita worked as the Chief of Staff at North Texas from 2023-25.
He went to Denton following one season at Washington State as an offensive high school scout.
Surita also served in multiple roles for Morris at Incarnate Word from 2018-21, including as his Chief of Staff for the 2021 season. The Cardinals won two Southland Conference titles in 2018 and 2021.
In 2021, UIW reached the NCAA FCS Second Round and finished with a 10-3 record, the winningest record in program history.
Surita also worked as an operations and player personnel assistant during his time at Incarnate Word.
A native of Houston, he completed undergrad at UTSA in 2017 and a master’s degree at UIW in 2021.
