COLUMBIA, Mo. -- The 56th-ranked Oklahoma State women's tennis team zipped to its third consecutive win Friday, dropping the Missouri Tigers, 8-1, at the MU Outdoor Tennis Complex.
The win moved the Cowgirls' record to 11-3 overall and evened their Big 12 mark at 3-3. The loss dropped the Tigers to 4-12 and 1-8.
OSU won five of six singles matches in dominating fashion before sweeping all three doubles contests. In each of the five singles wins, the Cowgirls cruised to straight-set victories, including a pair of shutouts from Maria Galoustova and Linda Faltynkova, 6-0, 6-0.

Faltynkova continued her stellar play at the No. 3 slot for the Cowgirls. Ten of the freshman's 13 wins have been in straight sets and her winning streak now stands at 12 consecutive matches.
In doubles action, the nationally-ranked duo of Galoustova and sophomore Ashleigh Dolman recorded an 8-1 decision at the No. 1 position to garner their ninth win of the season.
The Cowgirls will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Lawrence to take on the Kansas Jayhawks at 1 p.m.
