LAWRENCE, Kan. – Oklahoma State Track & Field opened competition at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships on Thursday with a strong showing in the women's Hammer Throw and Heptathlon, highlighted by a podium finish from Emma Robbins and a dominant day from Annie Molenhouse in the multi.
Robbins started the day in the Hammer Throw with a massive toss of 68.92 meters, earning the silver medal and All-Big 12 honors. She was joined in scoring position by Rachel Neaves, who finished fourth with a mark of 65.53 meters, and Johnna Orange, who placed fifth overall at 60.20 meters. The trio's combined 17 points gave the Cowgirls an early boost in the team standings.
