STILLWATER – Oklahoma State Softball has strengthened its staff with the addition of Megan Delgadillo as a graduate manager for the 2025-26 season, head coach Kenny Gajewski announced today.
Delgadillo used her final year of eligibility at Oklahoma State last season after spending five years at Cal State Fullerton. The speedy outfielder boasts a .376 career batting average with 213 runs scored and 323 hits to go with a .432 career on-base percentage.
As a Cowgirl, Delgadillo earned NFCA All-Region honors and finished her career as the NCAA DI active career leader in games played (261), at-bats (858) and stolen bases (186). She slashed .319/.413/.363 and led the Big 12 with 35 stolen bases and paced the team with 41 runs scored.
Delgadillo pieced together one of the greatest careers in Cal State Fullerton history throughout her five years as a Titan, as she set multiple career records in hits (272), runs scored (172) and stolen bases (151). The Riverside, Calif., native was a three-time All-Big West and two-time NFCA All-Region honoree and was named the 2024 NFCA Golden Shoe recipient after stealing 44 bases on 46 attempts in her final season as a Titan.
After graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in childhood and adolescent development, Delgadillo is pursuing a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies while at Oklahoma State.
Delgadillo will join returning graduate manager Bailey Enoch (Fordham, '24) to round out the graduate managers for the 2025-26 season.
