Cowboys In The NFL: Week Two
September 16, 2025 | Cowboy Football
STILLWATER – Several Oklahoma State football alumni enjoyed productive performances in the second week of the 2025-26 NFL regular season.
Jaylen Warren has adjusted nicely to his new role as the Pittsburgh Steelers' lead running back, posting a whopping 134 yards from scrimmage against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday (48 rushing yards, 86 receiving yards). Warren's day was highlighted by a ferocious 65-yard reception in which he broke multiple tackles and thundered down inside the Seattle 5-yard line. Despite the fourth-year back's best efforts, the Steelers fell 31-17 and look to rebound next Sunday in New England against the Patriots, with kickoff set for noon CDT.

Legendary former Cowboy running back Chuba Hubbard cashed in a receiving touchdown for the second week in a row as his Carolina Panthers narrowly lost 27-22 to the Arizona Cardinals. The 2019 Big 12 Player of the Year recorded 15 touches for 77 yards and a touchdown on Sunday (38 rushing yards, 39 receiving yards). Hubbard and the Panthers host their NFC South rival Atlanta Falcons, whose offense is led by former OSU quarterback and current offensive coordinator Zac Robinson, next Sunday at noon.
Pro Poke duo Tylan Wallace and Justice Hill of the Baltimore Ravens cruised to a 41-17 win over their division-rival Cleveland Browns. Wallace, who is primarily a return specialist, proved he still has the receiving talent that earned him fan-favorite status in Stillwater as he hauled in a 15-yard reception for the Ravens' first touchdown of the day. Wallace, Hill, and the Ravens are set to host next week's edition of Monday Night Football, taking on fellow OSU alumni Tyler Lacy and Malcolm Rodriguez of the Detroit Lions in a highly anticipated inter-divisional matchup set to kick off at 7:15 p.m. CDT.
