Cowgirl Golf begins week with trip to Florida
February 21, 2026 | Cowgirl Golf
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Oklahoma State women's golf heads to Jacksonville, Florida, to continue its spring season at the UNF Collegiate on Monday.
The Jacksonville Golf & Country Club hosts the event. Home to a par-72, 6,346-yard layout, the club features enveloping tree coverage and tranquil Floridian freshwater lakes. The JGCC has hosted several amateur championships and was nominated for the Best New Private Course in America award in 1990.
OSU has placed top-5 in four of its six tournaments so far this season. The Cowgirls last played at the Thunderbird Intercollegiate (Feb. 9-10), finishing 10th.
Format:
The UNF Collegiate is a 54-hole stroke-play tournament composed of three 18-hole rounds. Both the first and second rounds will be played on Monday, with the third and final round taking place on Tuesday. Each of the 14 teams will bring five golfers, with the top four scores counting toward daily totals. Oklahoma State is paired with Miami, North Florida, and Tulsa.

Setting the Pace:
Oklahoma State is both the highest-ranked team and the lone top-50 squad set to tee off at the UNF Collegiate.
After claiming the No. 29 spot in Wednesday's updated NCAA Division I Rankings, this marks the second time this season that OSU is the highest-ranked team in its tournament's field.
Seven fellow top-100 teams join the Pokes, with Tulsa (No. 51), South Florida (No. 66), Miami (No. 76), Florida Gulf Coast (No. 77), Furman (No. 79), South Alabama (No. 86) and host North Florida (No. 96) making the trip to Jacksonville.
On the Hunt:
Multiple Cowgirls could reach significant career milestones at the UNF Collegiate.
Senior Grace Kilcrease is just 20 birdies away from 400 for her career, currently sitting at 380.
Kilcrease, a 2025 Honorable Mention All-American, is also in striking distance of 25 career rounds in the 60s, with 23 to date.
Ellie Bushnell is just 12 birdies away from 250 for her career. The junior has surpassed the 12-birdie mark in two tournaments so far this season—carding 14 at the Schooner Fall Classic and 13 at the Carmel Cup—and would join the 250-birdie club with another such effort this week.
The third-year Cowgirl also sits at 87 career rounds played and is on pace to eclipse the 100-round mark at the Big 12 Championship. She would become the first golfer to play 100 career rounds with Oklahoma State since Maddison Hinson-Tolchard in 2024 (124).
25 conference titles. 31 NCAA Championship appearances. 44 All-Americans. For the latest news and updates on Oklahoma State Women's Golf, visit okstate.com or follow @CowgirlGolf on Instagram/Facebook and @OSUCowgirlGolf on X.
