Lady Luck Invitational
Cowgirl Golf set to tee off in Las Vegas
March 01, 2026 | Cowgirl Golf
LAS VEGAS – Oklahoma State women's golf heads to Las Vegas, Nevada, to resume the Spring 2026 season at the Lady Luck Invitational on Monday.
The Las Vegas Country Club hosts the event. Home to a par-72, 6,529-yard layout, the course sits in the heart of the city, just a few blocks away from the Las Vegas Strip. The club has hosted several professional tournaments throughout its nearly 60-year history, most recently serving as the site for LIV Golf Las Vegas in 2024.
The Cowgirls are coming off their second team tournament win of the 2025-26 season after being crowned champion at last week's UNF Collegiate. OSU was also well-represented on the tournament's individual leaderboard, claiming four of the top 10 spots. All six members of last week's victorious lineup are set to tee it up again Monday.
Format:
The Lady Luck Invitational is a 54-hole stroke-play tournament composed of three 18-hole rounds. Both the first and second rounds will be played on Monday, with the third and final round taking place on Tuesday. Each of the 14 teams will bring five golfers, with the top four scores counting toward daily totals. Oklahoma State is paired with Houston and Kent State.

Familiar Competition:
Of the 14 teams set to compete in Las Vegas this week, the Cowgirls have already faced off against seven this season (Baylor, BYU, Houston, Texas State, Texas Tech, UCF, UTSA). Oklahoma State holds a 7-4 combined record against these schools so far this season.
Additionally, five fellow Big 12 teams join the Cowgirls at the Lady Luck Invitational.
No. 28 OSU is the third-highest-ranked Big 12 squad in the field, trailing No. 16 UCF and No. 19 Baylor, and leading No. 33 Houston, No. 44 Texas Tech and No. 54 BYU. Oklahoma State has a 5-4 record against these five in-conference foes thus far.
On the Hunt:
Multiple Cowgirls are within striking distance of significant career milestones entering the Lady Luck Invitational.
Senior Grace Kilcrease is just 12 birdies away from 400 for her career, currently sitting at 388.
Kilcrease, a 2025 Honorable Mention All-American, is also closing in on 25 career rounds in the 60s, with 23 to date.
Junior Ellie Bushnell is just 4 birdies away from 250 for her career.
The third-year Cowgirl also sits at 90 career rounds played and is on pace to eclipse the 100-round mark at the Big 12 Championship. She would become the first golfer to play 100 career rounds with Oklahoma State since Maddison Hinson-Tolchard in 2024 (124).
Sophomore Lucy Darr is just 2 birdies away from 100 for her career.
25 conference titles. 31 NCAA Championship appearances. 44 All-Americans. For the latest news and updates on Oklahoma State Women's Golf, visit okstate.com or follow @CowgirlGolf on Instagram/Facebook and @OSUCowgirlGolf on X.
