ADMISSIONS
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into the OSU Athletics Center for men's basketball. Ticket holders are restricted to sitting in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as, State and Federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of unused purchased tickets. Children 2 years of age and younger do not need a ticket for women's basketball and wrestling. All persons entering the arena are subject to search.

OSU students with an All Sports Pass must claim a ticket for any game they wish to attend. The ticket office will send an email with a link to claim a ticket the week before the game's scheduled time. Once their ticket is claimed they will be able to download their ticket to their mobile phone a day before the game. Â OSU students who have ticket issues should be sent to the ticket windows located on the north or south side of Gallagher-Iba Arena. OSU students can enter the arena through doors on the NE or SE of the arena.

ALCOHOL
Intoxicated or alcohol impaired individuals may be denied admission into Gallagher-Iba Arena, or subsequently required to leave upon request. Violators are subject to applicable legal action. Such ejections or denial of admission are not grounds for refunds.

ANIMALS
Service animals (dogs) for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited. All service animals (dogs) must remain under the control of the handler at all times.

ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU EHS personnel, or Stadium People personnel. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at 405/744-6523.

ARENA POLICIES

- Ticket holders are restricted to sitting in the location that appears on their ticket.
- All persons are subject to search.
- Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5"x 6.5" and clear bags 12"x 6"x12" are permitted and are subject to search.Â
- Only authorized personnel with proper game credentials will be permitted on the court.
- Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals are prohibited. All service animals must remain under the control of the handler at all times.
- Patrons will not be allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited the arena.
- OSU is designated as a tobacco free campus. Tobacco and smoking preparation (electronic cigarettes, vapor devices, etc.) use is prohibited on university property.
- Ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or person using the tickets.
- The following items are not permitted to be brought into Gallagher-Iba Arena: banners, signs or flags, car seats, baby strollers/carriers, artificial noisemakers, beach balls, explosives, weapons, firearms, drones, outside food or drink, ice chests, backpacks, video cameras, cameras with lens longer than 3 inches (detachable or non-detachable), tripods, monopods, laser pointers, selfie sticks and any item that may create a safety concern, disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans.Â
ATHLETIC CENTER – DOORS OPEN
The Athletics Center is open 1 hour prior to the start of men's basketball, women's basketball and wrestling.

ATM MACHINE
An ATM machine is located in Gallagher-Iba Arena in the east lobby across from the escalators.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

BABY STROLLERS/CARRIERS
Baby strollers/carriers are not allowed in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

BACKPACKS
Backpacks are not allowed in Gallagher-Iba Arena. Exceptions will be made in special situations such as baby bags and medical bags carrying special equipment.

BAG SCREENING
Oklahoma State University is adopting a clear bag policy at all ticketed athletic events. Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5"x 6.5"and clear bags 12"x 6"x12" are permitted. Fans are limited to one bag per person with a small clutch purse. All allowable items will be checked prior to entering the arena. Exceptions will be made in special situations such as baby bags and medical bags carrying special equipment.

Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. There are no provisions to check items at the doors. OSU will not be responsible for any item left at the door. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspection of allowable items will be denied entry into the arena. Please see the "Arena Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the arena.

BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS
Banners, signs or flags are not permitted inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. Use of banners, signs and flags is limited to university recognized sponsored spirit groups.

CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted for personal use. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Cameras with lens are permitted as long as they do not exceed 3 inches or the lens (detachable or non-detachable) does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. The use of tri-pods or mono-pods is prohibited. Flash photography is prohibited. Video cameras are not allowed in the arena.Â

CONCESSIONS
Concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the arena.

CONDUCT
The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Fans are reminded they are prohibited from entering the playing court before, during and after the playing contest. Â Negative comments directed at student-athletes, coaches, game officials, team representatives, or other fans are grounds for removal. The NCAA, Big 12 Conference and Oklahoma State University thank you for your cooperation.

CREDIT CARDS
Major credit cards (Master Card, Visa and American Express) accepted at the following locations.

- Concession stands
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets which have been scanned upon entry cannot be reused by another fan. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the OSU Athletic Ticket Office and Ticketmaster.com.
ELEVATORS
The elevator located in the southwest lobby is restricted for ADA use only and the elevator located in the northwest lobby is restricted to ADA use and suite holders. The elevator located in the west side of the arena is for people accessing the suite level and the 4th floor. Proper credentials or suite tickets are required to use the west elevator.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police or OSU EHS personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know exactly where the emergency is located.
ESCALATORS
Escalators are located in the middle of the east plaza. These escalators are open to the general public to reach the concourse level.Â

EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, arena staff will utilize the public address system and the arena video board to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff.

FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
Family/special needs restrooms are located on the north and south ends of the concourse level. These restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.

FIRST AID ROOM
The First Aid Room is located on the south end of the concourse (Room # 316).Â
Â
For assistance in any medical emergency, individuals need to contact an usher, OSU Environmental Health and Safety Personnel or an OSU Police Officer.
FLOOR SEATING
Individuals who have floor seating need to be aware of the potential danger of being injured while sitting in these seats. Improper behavior or abusive language toward visiting team members or game officials may result in being removed from the arena.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Patrons may not bring outside food or beverages inside the arena. Concession stands are located throughout the arena and offer a variety of food and beverages.

GAME DATES AND TIMES
OSU game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time is changed, the information will be posted on www.okstate.com/gameday.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Procedures have been developed for inclement weather. Information and procedures will be provided to the event staff and the fans in the event of inclement weather (i.e. snow/ice storms, dangerous winds, etc.). Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and video board.

LISTENING DEVICES (ASSISTIVE)
Listening devices are available in Gallagher-Iba Arena for fans with hearing impairments. These devices can be picked up and returned to the game day ticket office location (east lobby by escalators). The person picking up the listening device will need to leave their driver's license at the ticket office. The driver's license will be returned when the device is returned to ticket office after the game.

LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
The lost and found is located in room # 100H. All items that have been turned over to arena personnel or police will be taken to this room. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the OSU Athletic Game Management. Individuals who have lost items should email athletics.lostfound@okstate.edu to inquire about lost items.

LOST CHILDREN
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, OSU police or OSU EHS personnel to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest OSU Police, OSU EHS personnel or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location. Parents should pre-determine an area both inside and outside the arena to meet in the event they get separated.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA
Federal law prohibits the use, possession, distribution or cultivation of marijuana for any reason on the OSU campus. Federal law also prohibits the use and distribution of marijuana for any reason at events authorized or supervised by OSU. Even with the evolving state law permitting marijuana for medical reasons, it is important for everyone to know they cannot consume, smoke or possess marijuana on campus even though they might have a card or prescription permitting them to do so.

NOISEMAKERS
Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being used in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

PARKING - ADA/MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE PARKING
For men's basketball games, ADA overflow parking is located within Lot 6, which is directly South of Boone Pickens stadium. ADA parking in Lot 6 will provide access starting as early as 90 minutes prior to the start of each game. Please visit www.okstate.com/parking for the latest information for ADA/Mobility parking areas.

PARKING CREDENTIALS
Appropriate POSSE parking credentials must be shown to parking staff to gain entry into POSSE parking lots. POSSE parking credentials will be scanned when entering the lot. Anyone parking in a designated POSSE parking lot without a valid parking credential could have their vehicle towed at the owner's expense.

PARKING -GENERAL PARKING LOTS
All lots not included in the controlled POSSE areas or otherwise controlled under the authorization of the OSUPD shall be open for general parking unless otherwise controlled or restricted by OSU Parking Services.

PARKING LOT LOCATION AND HOURS
Maps are posted on the POSSE website at the beginning of each season showing the latest configuration. Due to construction on and around campus, lots are subject to change. Parking lots will open 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event for men's basketball, women's basketball, and wrestling.

Parking replacement passes can be obtained by calling the POSSE office at 405-744-7301. Replacement passes will take precedence over original passes.Â

PISTOL PETE'S PARTNERS
All Pistol Pete's Partners get in free to women's basketball and wrestling with their orange or white ID card scanned. Pistol Pete's Partners who are 2 years and under get in free to men's basketball as a lap child and will have a white ID card to scan. All other members will have to reserve their free ticket using a link that is emailed to them prior to the season starting. The Athletics Center has a no re-entry policy.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the arena on the ground and concourse levels. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
SECURITY OF ARENA
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the arena.
- By tendering your ticket and entering the arena, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Oklahoma State University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the arena. Please consult the "Arena Policies" for items not allowed in the arena.
- Intoxicated or impaired fans may be denied admission into the arena.
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately.
- Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the arena or the teams may be ejected from the facility.
- Ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or person using the tickets.
- Spectators are reminded they are prohibited from entering onto the court before, during and after the playing contest unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.Â
- An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected person is grounds for arrest.

Oklahoma State University and Department of Homeland Security want you to enjoy your game day at Gallagher-Iba Arena. You play an important role in creating an enjoyable game day experience at Gallagher-Iba Arena. If you see something suspicious, say something to local authorities located throughout the arena.

SPECIAL SEATING (ADA ACCESSIBLE)
Fans requiring ADA accessible seating should contact the Ticket Office at 877/255-4678. ADA accessible seating is reserved and is located on the concourse for men's and women's basketball and wrestling. Patrons using these seats must have a ticket for these seats (excluding sections 207-209 for men's basketball).

SUITES
Suite holders will enter the arena through east lobby or the northwest lobby. Suite holders will need to go to concourse level and use the west elevator to access the suite level. You must have the proper credential or game ticket to enter the suite level.

THE STUDENT UNION STORE AT GALLAGHER-IBA ARENA
The Student Union Store at Gallagher-Iba Arena will be located on the east side of Gallagher-Iba Arena on concourse levels.Â

THROWING OF ITEMS
Throwing of any items is prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.

TICKET OFFICE
The OSU Athletic Department Ticket Office, located on the northeast corner of Duck and Hall of Fame, is open Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). The OSU Athletic Ticket Office also operates out of its game day locations, located at the north and south end of the Athletics Center, beginning one (1) hour prior to the start of the event for men's and women's basketball and wrestling.
TICKET OFFICE - WILL CALL
"Will Call' tickets are distributed in the East Lobby of the Athletics Center. The person picking up the tickets must be authorized (listed) by the owner of the tickets and must present a photo ID in order to receive the tickets. "Will Call" tickets may be picked up from the main Ticket Office location on the northeast corner of Duck and Hall of Fame from 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. (Monday-Friday). The ticket office will open its north and south windows one (1) hour prior to the start of the event.

TICKET PROBLEMS
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they should go to the OSU Athletic Ticket Office located on the northeast corner of Duck and Hall of Fame. If a ticket holder forgets or misplaces his/her ticket(s) on game day, the patron may go to the north or south ticket office windows and obtain a ticket replacement or login to their account manager for tickets to reprint or issue a mobile ticket at okstate.com/tickets. Only the actual ticket holder may request the ticket replacement. The original ticket barcode will be deactivated and will not be valid for admission.
TICKET REPLACEMENT
Ticket replacements are available to season ticket holders and individual ticket holders in reserved seating areas for the following reasons:
- Tickets are to be left for a friend
- Tickers were lost or stolen
- Tickets were accidentally destroyed
Ticket replacements are issued solely at the discretion of the Ticket Office. Ticket replacements take precedence over the original ticket(s). Anyone attempting to gain admittance to an event using original tickets after a ticket replacement has been issued will be escorted from the facility and could face prosecution.

TICKET TRANSFERSÂ
Transfers of season tickets and the right to purchase these tickets in the future are at the discretion of the Athletic Department. Approval is considered by factors including, but not limited to, comparable giving history and case-by-case circumstances. Priority points are not transferable.

TOBACCO PRODUCTS
Oklahoma State University is designated as a tobacco free campus. Tobacco and smoking preparation (electronic cigarettes, vapor devices, etc.) use is prohibited on university property. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University Policy.

TRASH
Trash receptacles for the disposal of trash and other items are placed throughout the campus and arena. Please help keep the campus and the arena clean by properly disposing your trash.
