Cowboys Fall to USC at ITA National Indoors

SEATTLE- Oklahoma State's men's tennis team lost on Friday in the first round of the ITA National Indoors to the No. 8 ranked University of Southern California, 4-1.
Julian Cash and Luke Hammond secured the first and only doubles victory for the Pokes against Holt/R. Smith of USC, 6-2.
Oklahoma State then dropped the remaining doubles match ups, which put the Cowboys behind the Trojans, 1-0, heading into singles action.
Senior Tristan Meraut secured the Cowboys' lone team point, defeating USC's Logan Smith in straight sets, 6-1, 6-4
Next up, the Cowboys take on No. 16 seeded Washington Saturday at 6:30 p.m. PT at the Nordstrom Tennis Center.
