Cowboy Tennis Sweeps Tulsa

STILLWATER- Oklahoma State's men's tennis team defeated in-state foe, Tulsa 4-0, on Friday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center for OSU's fifth consecutive sweep of the season.
This is only the third time in program history the Cowboys have swept five consecutive matches. The first time came in 1958 under coach Myron Roderick and the second in 2014 under coach Jay Udwadia.
OSU started doubles play with two commanding doubles wins. The tandem of Brady Draheim and Eleftherios Theodorou defeated Louis Corker and Mitchell Pritchard of Tulsa, 6-4.

No. 30 Julian Cash and Luke Hammond fell to Jarod Hing and Joshua Goodg
The Cowboys started singles play off with a strong win from freshman Brady Draheim. The Kansas native defeated Tulsa's Louis Corker, 6-0, 6-1.
Draheim improved to 6-0 in singles play on the season.
Minutes later, senior Tristan Meraut defeated Tulsa's Lucca Baptista, 6-3, 6-3. The senior is now one win away from making the program Big 12 era career singles wins list with 49 wins. Teammate Julian Cash currently sits in 10th place with 50 wins.
The match ended when No. 95 Artur Dubinski defeated No. 71 Joshua Goodger of Tulsa on court two, 7-6, 6-3.
The win now gives coach Jay Udwadia 106 wins at Oklahoma State, surpassing Myron Roderick for second with 105 wins. Roderick coached at OSU from 1957-1967.
The Cowboys are back in action Sunday, when they take on No. 45 Memphis at the Racquet Club of Memphis at 12 p.m.
