No. 2 Oklahoma State wrestling (12-0, 7-0 Big 12) has defeated eight top-25 opponents this season, most recently taking out Northern Iowa and Lehigh inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. The Basics
Oklahoma State wrestling (12-0; 7-0 Big 12) hosts Air Force for the first time in Gallagher-Iba Arena on Friday. The Cowboys took their lone meeting from the Falcons, 40-5, in 2007 when they wrestled in Grand Prairie, Texas. This week's NWCA/USA Today DI Coaches poll positions the Cowboys at No. 2, with Penn State in the first-place spot. The Cowboys have a ranked wrestler at each weight, with seven of those landing in the top 10 and four of those among the top five. Air Force is 4-4 on the year with one conference win coming against Fresno State in early November. The Falcons have no ranked wrestlers The dual marks the last of a four-meet home skid and is set to begin Friday night at 7:00 p.m. CST.

What to Watch
Nick Piccininni leads the Cowboys in dual nearfalls this season (15) and has five ranked wins to his name with five dual tech falls, three major decisions and a pin. The Cowboy has outscored his dual opponents this season a combined, 144-29. Jacobe Smith has wrestled for OSU at 174 and 184 pounds in dual meets this year. He lost his first dual bout Feb. 3, after upsetting No, 6 Drew Foster (UNI) on the first of the month. Wyatt Sheets collected his second win in five duals over a top-20 opponent last week. His first ranked win came over No. 10 Taleb Rahmani at Pittsburgh. On Sunday he defeated Lehigh's No. 16 Josh Humphreys in sudden victory.
