STILLWATER- The No. 1 ranked Oklahoma State women's tennis team handled No. 30 Princeton, 7-0, Saturday afternoon at the Greenwood Tennis Center in Stillwater.

The win improves the Cowgirls to 11-0 on the season, their best start since 1981, and concludes an undefeated non-conference schedule.

The Cowgirls continued to dominate the doubles point with yet another sweep. On court one, the No. 6 doubles pairing of Anastasiya Komar and Ange Oby Kajuru got things going with a 6-1 victory over Maia Sung and Bella Chhiv. Shortly after, Safiya Carrington and Kristina Novak brought home the point with a 6-0 win on court three over Madeleine Jessup and Leena Bennetto.

Cowgirls Ayumi Miyamoto and Raquel Gonzalez's match with Neha Valega and Alice Fertilo was cut short, with Oklahoma State leading 3-2.

No. 4 Kajuru opened up singles with a win for the Cowgirls over Bennetto, 6-1, 6-1, on court two. Court one followed soon after as No. 9 Komar stretched the lead to 3-0 with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Princeton's Neha Velaga.

The onslaught continued as Oklahoma State's No. 114 Novak took down Jessup, 7-5, 6-1, and Gonzalez edged out Chhiv 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) to put the Cowgirls up 5-0. On court three, No. 66 Peyre stretched the lead to 6-0, defeating Sung 6-3, 6-2.

To cap off the dominant day in the rare super breaker, court four was taken by No. 84 Miyamoto over Fertilo, 6-3, 2-6, 1-0 (10-8).

The undefeated Cowgirls will open conference play March 1 at the Greenwood Tennis Center to take on the Kansas Jayhawks before hosting Iowa State two days later.
