Zink, Becroft Set for NCAA Individual Championships

STILLWATER – Tyler Zink and Isaac Becroft of the Oklahoma State men's tennis team will compete in the NCAA Individual Championships set to begin with singles on Monday at 9 a.m. CT at the Greenwood Tennis Center.
Zink will cap his career as a Cowboy in the singles and doubles championships, while Becroft will make his debut in the NCAA individual championships in doubles.Â
In his second career bid to both draws, No. 24 Zink will take on Duke's No. 21 Garrett Johns in the round of 64 on Monday at 9 a.m. CT. The Cowboy earned 17 wins on court one, including seven ranked wins. It marked the most victories in a single season in his collegiate career.Â
Becroft will join Zink in the doubles portion, slated to face Georgia Tech's No. 15 Keshav Chopra and Marcus McDaniel in the round of 32. The Pokes will enter the tournament as the nation's 10th-ranked doubles pairing. OSU's court one tandem capped the season at a perfect 6-0, dropping five ranked opponents and reaching a ranking as high as No. 8 on April 23.Â
