Cowboy Tennis Falls at Middle Tennessee State

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Oklahoma State's men's tennis team dropped its second match of its road trip to Middle Tennessee State, 5-2, on Friday night at the Allen Tennis Building.
With the loss, OSU dropped to 2-7, while the Blue Raiders improved to 6-6.
OSU's captain, Isaac Becroft, defeated Karim Al-Amin, 6-4, 6-2, and Derek Pham took down Jakub Kroslak, 0-6 7-6 (8), 7-6 (4), to capture OSU's only points of the evening.
In doubles, MTSU clinched the point after Jakub Kroslak and Kacper Szymkowiak defeated Becroft and Thomas Gadecki, 6-1, and No. 70 Karim Al-Amin and Ondrej Horak took down previously undefeated Alessio Basile and Nicolas Kobelt, 6-4.
Court three's match between OSU's Ian Bracks and Ben Stecker and MTSU's Rostislay Halfinger and Shu Matsuoka was left unfinished with the Blue Raiders leading, 4-3.
The Blue Raiders pushed the match to the brink as Horak downed Kobelt, 6-3, 6-2, and Halfinger dropped Stecker, 6-2, 7-6 (8).
MTSU clinched the match on court two with Szymkowiak's 7-5, 3-6, 6-2 win over Basile.
The Blue Raiders claimed the night's final point on court five, where Matsuoka defeated Bracks, 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (3).
Next up, OSU travels across Tennessee to face Memphis at 11 a.m. CT at the Leftwich Tennis Center.
