TEMPE, Ariz. – Oklahoma State's men's tennis team dropped the second match of its road trip, falling to Arizona State, 4-3, on Sunday afternoon at the Whiteman Tennis Center.Â

The win improves the Sun Devils to 11-8 overall and 2-3 in the Big 12, while the loss drops the Cowboys to 7-11 overall and 1-3 in the league.Â

The Cowboys picked up the match's opening point, as Ian Bracks and Thomas Gadecki defeated Nicola Cigna and Roi Ginat, 6-4, and Isaac Becroft and Finn Hopfe took down Mathis Bondaz and Matic Dimic, 6-3, to secure the doubles point.Â

OSU's Ben Stecker and Bracks picked up wins in singles action as well, as Stecker bested Ginat, 6-4, 6-1, and Bracks defeated Daniel Phillips, 6-4, 6-4.Â

On courts one and two, OSU's No. 87 Becroft and Pham both came up short in their matches against ranked opponents. Becroft dropped his match to No. 50 Artnak, 7-6 (0), 6-1, and Pham fell to No. 110 Bondaz, 6-0, 2-6, 6-0.Â

Alessio Basile and Nicolas Kobelt dropped their matches in straight sets.Â

OSU continues its five-match road trip as it heads to Fort Worth, Texas, to take on No. 2 TCU on April 3 at 3 p.m. at the Friedman Tennis Center.Â
