STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head coach Steve Lutz announced the signing of 6-foot-9, 260-pound forward Parsa Fallah on Saturday.
Â
Fallah averaged 13.2 points and 4.0 rebounds this past season at Oregon State, earning second team All-West Coast Conference honors. He led the league and ranked 14th nationally in field goal percentage, knocking down just under 60 percent of his attempts.
Â
A former member of the Iranian junior national team, Fallah played his first two collegiate seasons at Southern Utah, averaging 13.2 points and 6.0 rebounds as a sophomore while pacing the WAC in field goal accuracy (.570).
Â
"When Parsa catches the ball on the low block, good things happen," Lutz said. "He's a tough, experienced big man with elite footwork and feel. I expect his versatility to fit in well with our style of play. I'm thrilled to welcome him and his wife, Ellie, to Stillwater."
Â
Fallah logged six 20-point games and 30 starts this past season for a 20-win Oregon State team. He made at least half of his field goal attempts in 24 of 31 contests.
Â
Fallah scored a season-high 25 points on 11-of-14 shooting in a November victory over UC Davis and matched it later in the year at Pacific when he knocked down 6-of-7 field goals and 13-of-14 free throws.
Â
In addition to shooting at a high percentage, Fallah exceled at getting to the foul line, attempting 128 free throws (10th-most in the WCC). In conference play, he ranked among the league leaders in both free throw rate (3rd, 50.6) and fouls drawn (5th, 5.4-per-40-minutes).
Â
Fallah began his career with a redshirt year at Southern Utah before helping the Thunderbirds to 24 wins and the 2023 CBI semifinals as a redshirt freshman. He enjoyed a breakout sophomore season, reaching double-figures 17 times in 25 games.
Â
Originally from Amol, Iran, Fallah represented his home country at the 2021 FIBA U19 World Cup, averaging a team-bests 14.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 1.6 steals over seven games. He had 25 points and 11 rebounds against Latvia and 21 points in a win over Mali.
Â
Fallah becomes the eighth member of OSU's 2025 recruiting class and the fifth NCAA Division I transfer.
