Welman and Ramsey each added clutch points of their own, securing their fifth wins of the year.
With the overall score tied at 7-7, Flat proved to be the deciding event. The meet was deadlocked at 9-9 heading into the final ride, where Fresno State's Molly Stewart needed to top Lourdes Low's score of 76. Stewart delivered with an 81, claiming the point and sealing the victory for the Bulldogs. Carreras and Sophia Tabasso earned the  points for the Cowgirls in the event.
