Imade moves into new role with Cowboy Radio Network
April 16, 2026 | Cowboy Football
STILLWATER - Deion Imade is the new football sideline reporter for broadcasts on the Cowboy Radio Network, it was announced today.
Imade has been part of the network's Oklahoma State football pregame and postgame coverage full-time since 2019. He has also done extensive analysis, sideline reporting, hosting and more as part of Cox Yurview's high school football coverage since 2015.
A special teams standout for the OSU football team from 2010-13, Imade helped the Cowboys compile a 41-11 record during his time on the roster. He played a significant role on OSU teams that won an outright Big 12 title in 2011, a share of the Big 12 South Division title in 2010 and had three seasons of at least 10 wins. The Cowboys appeared in a pair of New Year's Six bowl games during Imade's career – the 2012 Fiesta Bowl and the 2014 Cotton Bowl.
"I am truly honored and incredibly excited for the opportunity to cover the team I love alongside Dave Hunziker, John Holcomb, Britt Lockhart, Kip Racy and the entire broadcast crew," Imade said. "I'm also looking forward to continuing my involvement with the pregame and postgame shows alongside Adam Hildebrandt and Clint Chelf.
"Talking football on the radio the last few years and being around this program has been a true blessing," he said. "I'm grateful to continue that journey in this new role."
Imade graduated from OSU with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting in 2014. He completed a master's in business in 2022. In addition to his work with the Cowboy Radio Network, he also works as a senior accountant for Oneok.
"Deion has developed into a terrific football announcer. He sees the game from a player's perspective and that is incredibly valuable," Hunziker said. "He is the epitome of the OSU success story. He battled back from a major knee injury to play a key role in the best run in the history of OSU Football. He earned his MBA from the Spears School of Business and has thrived in the energy business. His work on the air speaks for itself. He's exactly the type of person that we want to represent Oklahoma State University and our network."
As the sideline reporter for the Cowboy Radio Network, Imade takes the baton from Robert Allen, who served in that role from 2002-25.
"I recognize there are big shoes to fill, and I want to sincerely thank Robert Allen for being both a great mentor and an even better friend," Imade said.
