Seven Cowboys Named NWCA Scholar All-Americans

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's Kolter Burton, Konner Doucet, Alex Facundo, Dee Lockett, Cody Merrill, Landon Robideau and Zack Ryder were named NWCA Scholar All-Americans for the 2025-26 season.
Robideau headlined the group as an NCAA Champion who also maintained great standing in the academic space. Lockett, a member of the Big 12 Academic Rookie Team as well, competed for the Cowboys in most matches, qualifying for the NCAA Championships along with Vega. Ryder and Doucet, both All-American, performed on the mat and in the classroom to earn Scholar All-American distinctions.
Merrill, who reached the championship match at the NCAA Championships at 197 pounds, earns one of his first academic distinctions in his bright, young career. OSU's Facundo and Burton rounded out the group of Cowboys named as Scholar All-Americans.
All seven Cowboys will return for the 2026-27 season.
