STILLWATER – The NCAA released its first update of the Division I Women's Golf Rankings since the Big 12 Championship, with Oklahoma State claiming the No. 20 spot and four top-200 individuals.
Oklahoma State has appeared in the top 25 of each of the last eight polls released. This is OSU's first in the top 20 since February 4.
The ranking comes two days after OSU concluded its week at the Big 12 Championship, tying for fourth place at 10-over. Three Cowgirls (Ellie Bushnell, Summer Lee, Marta Silchenko) took home All-Big 12 Tournament Team honors, tying with Houston for the most selections from a single team. This was the first time since 2021 that three or more golfers from the same school earned All-Tournament selections.
Marta Silchenko is Oklahoma State's highest-ranked golfer, taking the No. 28 spot in this week's poll. This is the highest placement of her career, a one-spot jump from her previous best.
In nine tournaments so far this season, the junior from Riga, Latvia, has posted a dominant 595-85-24 (.862) record. Silchenko's T-8 finish at the Big 12 Championship marked her fifth consecutive top 10 finish and her seventh overall in 2025-26.
Ellie Bushnell is the team's second-highest-ranked golfer, checking in at No. 111. A 1-under, fifth-place finish at the Big 12 Championship earned Bushnell a 29-spot leap in the rankings. This is her highest ranking since February 4, when she clocked in at No. 100.
Senior Grace Kilcrease (182) and true freshman Yu-Chu Chen (192) round out the quartet of top-200-ranked Cowgirls.
Summer Lee's T-12 performance at the Big 12 Championship earned her a 56-spot jump up to No. 261 in the rankings, the largest by a Cowgirl this week.
Sophomores Tarapath Panya (312) and Lucy Darr (314) make it seven nationally ranked Pokes.
The NCAA Regional Selection Show will decide No. 20 Oklahoma State's postseason destiny on Wednesday at 3 p.m. CDT, broadcast live on Golf Channel.
25 conference titles. 31 NCAA Championship appearances. 44 All-Americans. For the latest news and updates on Oklahoma State Women's Golf, visit okstate.com or follow @CowgirlGolf on Instagram/Facebook and @OSUCowgirlGolf on X.
