STILLWATER - Oklahoma State men's tennis signed Switzerland standout Ilan Hediger to the Cowboy Tennis family for the 2026-27 season, it was announced Thursday afternoon by head coach Dustin Taylor.
"We are absolutely thrilled to announce the signing of Ilan Hediger to our already distinguished 2025 recruiting class," Taylor said. "Ilan possesses the character, confidence, and poise, along with the game needed to come in and make an impact right away."
Hediger joins the Cowboys following his junior career in Switzerland, where he currently holds the No. 431 spot in the ITF Singles Rankings, and will bring his top-level experience to Stillwater.
Â
"Ilan also has the passion and desire to be great, which is what we are expecting this class to bring to Cowboy Tennis," Taylor said.
Â
Throughout his junior circuit, Hediger won two doubles titles in the J60 and J100 tournaments in 2024, after also claiming a J60 doubles title in 2023.
Â
"We couldn't be more excited to have him in the orange and black and to get to work with him this coming fall," Taylor said.
Â
Hediger will join the Cowboys for the 2026-27 season.
