About Oklahoma State
• OSU is 2-2-1 on the season and coming off a win over Grambling State. This week, the Cowgirls host a pair of matches at Neal Patterson Stadium, welcoming San Diego State Thursday night before a Sunday afternoon showdown against Southeast Missouri State.
• The Cowgirls are coming off a 4-13-2 season in 2025 and returns eight players who started at least eight games a year ago, including Preseason All-Big 12 midfielder Laudan Wilson.
• Colin Carmichael entered his 22nd season as OSU's head coach in 2026 with a career record of
269-123-55 (.663).

Scouting The Opponents
• San Diego State is 3-1-0 and has outscored its opponents by a 10-1 margin.
• Mike Friesen is in his 20th season as the Aztecs' head coach and owns a 207-127-57 record.
• OSU won its only previous matchup with SDSU, claiming a 3-0 victory in San Diego in 2024.
• Southeast Missouri State is 1-2-1 and plays at Missouri Friday night before traveling to Stillwater.
• John Klein is in his second season as SEMO's head coach and owns a 3-17-3 record.
• This will mark the first-ever meeting between OSU and SEMO.

Home Sweet Home
OSU has won over 70 percent of its games in nine seasons at Neal Patterson Stadium, which opened in 2018. The Cowgirls are 54-19-8 on their current home turf, including a 2-1-1 mark this season.
OSU has gone undefeated at home in seven seasons in its history, the last time coming in 2019.

Five In 45
OSU erupted for five goals in the opening half of its 6-1 win over Grambling State as Sonora DeFini, Addy Lang, Laudan Wilson and Jada Moorman (twice) all scored against the Tigers.
That output marked the most goals in a half by the Cowgirls since they scored five in the second half against Little Rock on Aug. 27, 2023.
OSU's six goals was its most since the 2024 season when the Cowgirls recorded a pair of 6-0 wins - Sept. 15 vs. Texas A&M-Commerce and Sept. 8 vs. ULM.

First Time For Everything
Several Cowgirls achieved career milestones during the third week of the season.
• Brenna Rowlett scored the first goal of her career against Mississippi State. Rowlett, who played the previous two seasons at Tulsa, netted her first score in her 42nd career game.
• Gracie Bindbeutel's assist on OSU's first goal vs. Grambling was the first of her career.
• Addy Lang spent the 2024 season at Saint Louis and the 2026 campaign at Florida. Five games into her OSU career, she scored her first-career goal by converting a penalty kick against Grambling State.
• Jada Moorman tallied her first goal in an OSU uniform against Grambling State, then added another against the Tigers for her sixth career brace. Moorman, who previously played three seasons at Mercer, now has 29 goals in 64 career games.
• Emma Jensen racked up 53 goals and 20 assists as a two-time All-American at Northwest Mississippi Community College before bringing her talents to Stillwater. Jensen notched the first two assists of her OSU career against Grambling State, then capped her day with her first goal as a Cowgirl.

Sharing Is Caring
Emmy Hedden has moved to a new position as a sophomore, and she's making the adjustment from midfielder to wide back nicely.
Hedden has recorded assists in three of OSU's first five games - vs. Sam Houston, Stephen F. Austin and Grambling State - and her three assists ranks fourth in the Big 12 and 36th nationally.
