Cowboy Baseball releases 2027 schedule

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's 2027 baseball schedule includes 56 games, highlighted by 30 home contests and five Big 12 Conference series at O'Brate Stadium.
The Cowboys are coming off a 39-22 season in which they made their 13th consecutive NCAA Regional appearance, the nation's second-longest streak, and advanced to the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional final. The NCAA Regional berth was the 51st in program history, which is the third most in NCAA history.
Led by All-American outfielder Kollin Ritchie, OSU returns four position players who started at least 30 games last season as well as All-Big 12 pitcher Ethan Lund.
Another challenging non-conference schedule awaits the Cowboys in '27. Last season, OSU finished No. 29 in the NCAA RPI, and its strength of schedule ranked in the top 50 nationally.
Holliday's club will open its season with a three-game weekend series in Los Angeles against USC Feb. 19-21. The Trojans advanced to an NCAA Super Regional last season and finished with a 48-18 record.
Following the trip west, the Cowboys will head to the Lone Star State for their next four games. They'll take on Texas State at Riders Field in Frisco, Texas, on Feb. 24 before competing in the Amegy Bank College Baseball Classic Feb. 26-28 at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. OSU will open that tourney against Iowa before facing a pair of NCAA Tournament teams from a year ago in Oregon and Oregon State.
After being on the road for the first two weeks of the season, the Cowboys are scheduled to play 14 of their next 15 games in Stillwater.
OSU's home opener is set for March 2 in the first of a two-game midweek series against Central Arkansas. The Cowboys will then host a weekend series against Kent State (March 5-7) at O'Brate Stadium before a midweek test at Missouri State (March 9).
The Pokes will also host non-conference midweek contests against Dallas Baptist (March 16), South Dakota State (March 17), Oklahoma (March 23), Missouri State (March 30), North Alabama (April 13-14) and Oral Roberts (May 11). They will go on the road to take on DBU (April 6), Wichita State (April 20) and ORU (April 27).
OSU opens Big 12 play at home against Kansas State March 19-21. The Cowboys will also host conference series with BYU (April 1-3), UCF (April 16-18), Texas Tech (April 30-May 2) and Houston (May 20-22/final weekend of the regular season).
Conference road tests await the Cowboys at TCU (March 25-27), Utah (April 9-11), Arizona (April 23-25), defending league champion Kansas (May 7-9) and West Virginia (May 14-16).
This year's Big 12 Tournament returns to Surprise Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, where a conference title will be on the line May 25-29 in Surprise, Ariz.
