A transfer who played for OSU offensive line coach Andrew Mitchell at New Mexico State.
2024 (Sophomore at NM State): Played in all 12 games and made four starts at right guard… helped the Aggies finish fourth in the conference in rushing yards per game (179.2).
2023 (Freshman at NM State): Appeared in 14 of the Aggies’ 15 games and made 10 starts while helping the program turn in just its second 10-win season in its history and first since 1960... The Aggies finished 14th in the nation in rushing yards per game (198.7)... Canepa and the Aggies earned a spot in the CUSA Championship game and a bid to the 2023 Isleta New Mexico Bowl to mark NM State’s second-straight bowl appearance.
2022 (Redshirt at NM State): Appeared in just one game while taking a redshirt season.
High School: Played for coach Dylan Leach at Vintage ... Part of a successful high school program that did not have a losing season during his career ... Earned all-league honors ...
