2025 Outdoors
Once again had a career-best performance to open the outdoor season, winning his heat of the 5K with his time of 13:45.10, a nearly 20 second personal best… Three weeks later, Granados set another personal best in the 5,000 Meters with a mark of 13:42.32… Placed ninth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 Meters… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500 Meters, advancing through one round.
2025 Indoors
Kicked off his freshman indoor campaign with personal bests in the 800 Meters and 1,000 Meters at the Arkansas Invitational… Nearly cracked the four-minute barrier in the Mile at the Tyson Invitational, clocking a time of 4:00.40 for a sixth-place finish overall… Competed at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the Mile and 3,000 Meters.
2024 Cross Country
Competed three times during his freshman cross country season… Was the highest Cowboy finisher at the Cowboy Preview with his 15th-place finish to open the season… Also added a 10th-place finish at the Weis-Crockett Invitational with his time of 24:49.5 to end the year.
2024 Outdoors
Opened his freshman outdoor campaign with an impressive third-place finish in the 5,000 Meters at the Stanford Invitational with a personal-best time of 14:03.90… Earned a third-place finish in the 1,500 Meters at the John McDonnell Invitational… Placed fourth in the 1,500 Meters at the Arkansas Qualifier with a personal-best mark of 3:40.58… Competed at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in both the 1,500 Meters and 5,000 Meters… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500 Meters.
High School
Attended McAllen Memorial High School in McAllen, Texas… Was a district, area and regional champion for two consecutive seasons… Also was a two-time national qualifier in cross country…. Lettered all four years in track & field and cross country.
