Competes internationally for his home nation of Great Britain… Competed in the 3,000 Meters at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima, Peru… Placed sixth overall at the 2023 U20 SPAR European Cross Country Championships in Brussels, Belgium.
2026 Outdoors
Took third in his season opener at the Payton Jordan Invitational, clocking a time of 13:39.86 in the 5,000 Meters… Competed at the Big 12 Championships and NCAA West First Round in the 5K.
2026 Indoors
Appeared three times during the indoor season, clocking a new personal best of 7:52.52 in the 3,000 Meters at the Razorback Invitational… Earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the Cowboy DMR that placed fourth overall.

Broke out during his inaugural outdoor campaign, clocking a huge personal best of 13:36.29 in the 5,000 Meters at the Payton Jordan Invitational, which ranked him tenth in program history outdoors… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 5K.

Competed four times during his impressive freshman indoor season… At the Tyson Invitational, Dover clocked a new personal best with his time of 7:57.70… Appeared at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 1,000 and 3,000 Meters.
