STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Keiton Page scored 18 points, Marshall Moses added 16 and Darrell Williams finished with 11 as Oklahoma State defeated Nicholls State 76-56 on Sunday. Williams pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds and added three blocks. The Cowboys (3-0) shot 63 percent from the floor and outrebounded the Colonels, 36-23. Anatoly Bose scored a game-high 37 points for Nicholls State (1-2), but the visitors managed just 31 percent (16-of-51) from the field in falling to 1-2. Bose was 14-of-15 from the foul line. Page's 3-pointer with 5:35 left in the opening half made it 22-8 and another 3 by Fred Gulley gave the Cowboys a 27-11 advantage. The lead grew to 31-13 before the Colonels closed with a 9-2 run to trail 33-22 at halftime. But the Cowboys opened the second half with a 7-0 run and led by 18 when Williams turned an offensive rebound into a basket. Moses' basket with 12 minutes remaining pushed the lead to 50-31 as Nicholls State continued to struggle from the floor, hitting just 3-of-14 shot attempts over the first eight minutes of the second half. Bose, coming off a 28-point outing against LSU last Saturday, was 2-of-10 from the floor in the first half. Over the final 20 minutes the 6-foot-6 senior hit 7-of-14. No other NSU player had more than seven points. Fred Hunter, who scored 28 points in the Colonels' season-opening loss at Houston, played just nine minutes and had no points. The junior was suffering from flu-like symptoms before the game.
