Cowgirls To Compete At Cayman Islands Classic

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will compete in the eight-team field at the 2025 Cayman Islands Classic it has been announced.
In its third season, the Cayman Islands Classic field for the upcoming season will be comprised of Charlotte, Florida, George Washington, Georgia Tech, Memphis, Miami, and St. John's as well as OSU.
"We are excited to travel to such a beautiful destination and give our players an incredible experience both on and off the court. We are looking forward to competing against some of the country's best talent from other conferences on a neutral court," OSU head coach Jacie Hoyt said.
The tournament will take place Nov. 28-29 at John Gray Gymnasium in George Town, Grand Cayman—just minutes from the world-famous Seven Mile Beach.
Oklahoma State posted a 25-7 record last season, advancing to the NCAA Tournament and finishing the season ranked No. 24 in the Associated Press Poll and 22nd in the USA Today Coaches Poll. The Cowgirls went 14-4 in Big 12 action as well.
