STILLWATER - Oklahoma State wrestling claimed the team title, along with nine individual titles, at the inaugural Cowboy Invitational on Sunday at Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cowboy Invitational featured 27 different Cowboys competing across all 10 weight classes, with OSU winning the title at every weight except 197 pounds. In addition, 16 of the 20 finalists were Cowboys.

Starting at 125 pounds, blue chip recruit and freshman Rocklin Zinkin made an impressive Cowboy debut. Zinkin won all four of his bouts in bonus point fashion, highlighted by his 21-7 major decision win over Drew Davis to win the title.

133 pounds saw Jax Forrest, reigning national champion, pick up right where he left off, pinning his first two opponents before earning a tech fall win in the championship bout over No. 9 T.K. Davis of Gardner-Webb.

Freshman Jayden Raney added a title at 141 pounds in his collegiate debut. Raney reached the final with a 22-6 tech fall over Charleston Baglio and a pin of Gardner-Webb's Dominic DiTullio in 2:41, then edged teammate Tagen Jamison 6-5 in the championship bout.

Sergio Vega didn't miss a beat in his move up to 149 pounds after going undefeated and winning the national title at 141 as a freshman. Vega won all three bouts in bonus point fashion, highlighted by a 17-4 major decision over Little Rock's Kyrel Leavell, who went on to place third.

The 157-pound bracket belonged to reigning national champion Landon Robideau, who won the title with a tech fall in all three of his bouts. His top win was a 17-2 tech fall over Gardner-Webb's Joey Giordano, who went on to place third.

Two-time All-American Casey Swiderski opened his senior season with a title at 165 pounds. Swiderski won a 20-5 tech fall over Little Rock's Nico Lozano and a 16-3 major decision over Gardner-Webb's Luke Murray before winning a pair of tight bouts against teammates to close out the bracket.

Senior Alex Facundo claimed the 174-pound crown, highlighted by a 13-3 major decision over SIUE's Dominic Lopez and a 25-9 tech fall over Taye Wilson. Stanford transfer No. 14 Lorenzo Norman placed second in his Cowboy debut after a 69-second pin of Isael Perez and a 17-1 tech fall over Gunnar Holland.

Another freshman, Michael White, won the 184-pound title in his collegiate debut. White pinned Gardner-Webb's Leonardo Tovar in 40 seconds and beat SIUE's Caleb Neal 13-8. No. 10 Bennett Berge, an All-American who transferred from South Dakota State, placed second in his Cowboy debut after a pair of tech falls.

At 197 pounds, No. 2 Cody Merrill, last season's national runner-up, pinned Rylan Breen in 3:23 and won a 12-3 major decision over Nick Nosler to reach the final. There he took a medical forfeit in sudden victory to Little Rock's No. 3 Stephen Little and finished second.

Freshman Dreshaun Ross wrapped up the day at heavyweight by winning all three bouts by tech fall in his collegiate debut, never needing more than 4:18 on the mat. Ross closed out the title with a 21-6 tech fall over Makhi Rodgers in 2:37.

The Cowboys begin the dual season a week from today, with a matchup against Drexel on Nov. 8 at Gallagher-Iba Arena. The dual will be streamed on ESPN+.
