Cowboy Basketball earns NABC academic plaudits

For the second consecutive year, the Oklahoma State men's basketball program received the National Association of Basketball Coaches' Academic Team Excellence Award.
In addition, senior guard Kirk Cole logged a second straight appearance on the NABC Honors Court.
The NABC's academic awards are presented annually to teams and athletes from all levels of college basketball in recognition of outstanding classroom achievements. Full lists are available at nabc.com.
The Honors Court was open to junior, senior or graduate level students with GPA's of 3.2 or higher during the 2025-26 academic year.
Academic Team Excellence honors are given to programs achieving at least a 3.0 GPA. This is the third time in the last four seasons that Cowboy Basketball has cleared that bar.
