JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Contra Costa College … spent 2015 at Seminole State trying to get retroactive medical redshirt after playing in just nine games as a freshman at CCC before suffering season-ending injury but request was denied … as a sophomore at CCC, hit .288 with four doubles, 10 RBIs and 13 stolen bases … suffered broken ankle early in freshman season … also recruited by Arkansas, Long Beach State, Missouri, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Little Rock.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was the Bay Shore Athletic League MVP as a junior and senior … hit .425 as a senior and .556 as a junior … led team to 2010 NCS championship … also played basketball and football.
