Cowgirl Soccer Victorious In Final Spring Exhibition

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State wrapped up its spring exhibition season with a 4-0 win over Pittsburg State on Saturday afternoon at Neal Patterson Stadium.
With the result, the Cowgirls finished the spring 5-1-1 recording three shutouts.
After a quiet opening 15 minutes, OSU broke through in the 20th minute on a goal from Sonora DeFini. The Cowgirls quickly added to the lead with goals from Emma Jensen in the 23rd minute and Emily Senatore in the 25th.
The second half followed a similar script, with both teams held scoreless until Senatore netted her second goal in the 67th minute.
