2026-27 (Senior):
Defensive dynamo and, inch-for-inch, one of the best nation’s best rebounders, thanks to a 46-inch vertical leap… Ranked 67th in the 2026 transfer class, per Rivals… Was the 2026 Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year last season at Sam Houston and, before that, earned NAIA national player of the year honors at LSU-Alexandria.
At Sam Houston (2025-26):
Broke into the Division I ranks at Sam Houston where he was the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year and a third team all-conference selection… Started all 34 games for the Bearkats and averaged 10.8 points and 8.2 rebounds per game…. Led the conference steals (2.03), double-doubles (9) and defensive boards… Helped his team to 22 wins, a conference runner-up finish and an NIT bid… Fared well against high-major competition, collecting a double-double at 10th-ranked Texas Tech (16 pts, 11 reb) as well as nine points, six rebounds and a block during a Dec. 2 visit to Oklahoma State… Posted season scoring highs against Idaho State (26), Texas Southern (22) and Liberty (20)… Had 14 double-figure rebounding games, including a pair of 16-rebound performances during the month of March… Had nine games with five-or-more “stocks” (blocks plus steals), including four steals and a block at Utah (Nov. 15)… Set a personal-best with six steals in a Jan. 2 game at Western Kentucky.
At LSU-Alexandria (2022-25):
A two-time NAIA All-American and the 2025 national player of the year during a three-year run at LSU-Alexandria… Was also a finalist for the 2025 Bevo Francis Award Finalist (small college national player of the year) after leading his team to a 31-3 record and the NAIA tournament quarterfinals … Twice earned player of the year honors in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) and was the league’s 2025 defensive player of the year… At 6-foot-3, ranked 12th nationally in rebounding during the 2024-25 season while averaging a near double-double – 19.9 points and 10.1 boards… The Louisiana Association of Basketball Coaches “Small College Player of the Year”…
Finished his three-year career as LSUA’s all-time leading scorer (1,592 points) and rebounder (780) and earned a spot on the program’s All-Decade Team.
Junior College (2021-22):
A first team all-conference performer during his freshman year at Southern University-Shreveport.
High School:
2021 graduate of Rayville High School in northeastern Louisiana… Helped his team to four consecutive state title games and a pair of championships (2018 and 2019)… A two-time first team all-state selection in Class 2A… Averaged 18 points as a senior and 22 points and 15 rebounds during his junior year... Named to the Louisiana High School Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game and the All-North Louisiana team… Also starred as a wide receiver on the football field.
