2022: Made 21 appearances, all in relief … worked a scoreless inning in his OSU debut in season opener at Vanderbilt (2/18) … earned first win as a Cowboy with a 4 1/3 inning effort at Arizona State (3/2) in which he struck out two and allowed just one run … also had two strikeouts and earned a win vs. Dallas Baptist (3/16) … recorded season-high three strikeouts in two innings of work to post a win vs. Seton Hall (3/20) … also had three punchouts against Kansas (3/27), Wichita State (4/5) and Oral Roberts (4/19).
AT OHIO STATE: Played last three seasons at Ohio State … coming off 2021 season in which he made 15 relief appearances and was 3-1 with a save and a 5.64 ERA … tallied 27 strikeouts in 22 1/3 innings … pitched in six games in shortened 2020 campaign, going 1-1 with a 5.23 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 10 1/3 innings … as a freshman in 2019 was 2-3 with a 5.14 ERA in 20 outings … racked up 53 strikeouts in 35 innings.
