JUNIOR COLLEGE: Starred for two seasons at Iowa Western CC … made 26 appearances, 14 as a starter, and went 8-1 with a 2.61 ERA and 121 strikeouts in 79 1/3 innings … was 6-0 with a 1.67 ERA as a sophomore in 2022 … earned ICCAC Player of the Year and All-America honors … made 12 appearances as a freshman, 11 of those as a reliever … was 2-1 and had 28 strikeouts in 20 innings.
HIGH SCHOOL: Racked up over 150 strikeouts in three seasons at Bishop Heelan HS … had 96 punchouts in 55 innings as a senior … was a two-time all-state performer and conference player of the year … also played football and basketball.
