Coach Hoyt on Sneed: “LA is one of the best true point guards in the country. Her experience as a true freshman in the Big 12 is a rarity and we cannot wait to build on that moving forward. She is exceptional at creating paint touches to score or pass, which is a perfect fit for us offensively. Defensively, her ball pressure and ability to create chaos are going to be fun for our fans to watch and for us to coach. She’s a coach’s kid with a blue-collar work ethic that has prepared her to handle things a lot of players shy away from.”
At Utah (2025-26): Played in 32 games with 16 starts in her freshman season at Utah and averaged 26.1 minutes per game… Named to the five-player All-Big 12 Freshman Team… Averaged 6.3 points and 2.2 rebounds per game… Dished out a team-high 107 assists on the year and averaged 3.0 per contest… Shot 39.5% from the field, 33.9% from three and 65.2% from the free throw line… Recorded 29 steals with four blocks… Notched five double-digit scoring performances, highlighted by a career-high 17 points against Boise State on December 10… Secured a career-best seven rebounds at Montana on November 29… Set a career-high with nine assists against Utah State on November 7, one of six 5+ assist performances on the year.
