This is the 239th Bedlam basketball game and the 113th meeting in Norman, where OSU has won just once in its last 15 tries. Oklahoma is led by the versatile forward duo of Brady Manek and Kristian Doolittle, which has helped the Sooners post an 8-1 mark at the Lloyd Noble Center this season.
• On the Air
The year's first Bedlam matchup will air on ABC with Rich Hollenberg and Fran Fraschilla on the call. Tipoff is slated for 2 p.m., and the webcast can be seen on the WatchESPN app or ESPN.com. As always, Dave Hunziker and John Holcomb will have the Cowboy Radio Network call.
• Cowboy Quick Hitters
Oklahoma State and Oklahoma compete yearly in the Phillips 66 Bedlam Series, an all-sports competition between the two schools, which are separated by only 80 miles along Interstate 35. Oklahoma State has won the overall Bedlam series in five of the last six years. The series champion is decided by wins and losses in head to head competition. In sports where there is no head to head matchup, the Big 12 Championship final standings are used.
• Bedlam Basketball
Welcome to the 239th hardwood meeting between Oklahoma State and Oklahoma in a rivalry that dates back to 1908. With rare exception these two programs have played at least twice a year since 1916, and the 238 all-time meetings are the most against any opponent for OSU (176 games against Kansas ranks second). OU leads the overall series, 139-99, although Oklahoma State has taken four of the last seven meetings, including a sweep in 2016-17 and the final two matchups in 2018. The Sooners took both meetings in 2019 against a depleted Cowboy roster. OSU's next win over OU will be its 100th Bedlam victory.
• Leading The Sooners
The only head coach to win an NCAA Tournament game with five different school, Lon Kruger is in his ninth season in charge of the OU program. He is the author of 19 NCAA Tournament trips, including Final Four appearances in 2016 and 1994 (Florida), and is a veteran of more than 650 career victories. Kruger was a standout player at Kansas State, and helped lead the Wildcats to Big Eight championships in 1972 and 1973.
• Uncharted Waters
Norman's own Lindy Waters has had an impressive career against the Sooners. The senior from Norman North High School is averaging 9.4 points on 48.6 percent shooting for his career against OU. He played a key role in OSU's thrilling 68-66 win in Norman in 2017, and is coming off a 20-point game that included a 4-of-8 clip from 3-point.

• Cowboy Quick Hitters
- Yor Anei has a tendency to get better as the year progresses. In November and December of 2018, Anei averaged 6.6 points and 2.05 blocks per game, but those marks jumped to 9.4 points and 2.83 blocks in February and March of 2019.
- In wins, Oklahoma State's field goal percentage in the paint is a stout 57.1 percent. In losses, that number dips to 45.2 percent.
- The Cowboys are now 3-3 on the road and 5-4 away from Gallagher-Iba Arena this season. Those two win totals already surpassed last season's marks.
- The last time the Cowboys started 0-7 in conference play was during the 1971-72 season when OSU started 0-9 to begin the Big Eight Conference season.
- OSU recorded a season-high 22 assists on 27 made baskets last Saturday at Texas A&M. That assist-to-field goal ratio of 0.82 is tied for the 22nd best performance in program history and the 22 dimes are the most by a Cowboy team since 2017.
