Four-star combo guard, ranked as high as No. 119 in the Class of 2026 by Rivals… Played the last three seasons in the Atlanta-based Overtime Elite, earning all-league honors as a senior… Signed with OSU in the fall of 2025 over offers from Cal, Clemson, Providence, West Virginia and Illinois.

"Parker is strong and sneaky athletic, with a 35-inch vertical. He's a good shooter and decision-maker who understands how to make plays for both himself and others. He has competed at a high level for a long time, but I believe that his best basketball is still ahead of him. In addition, he's a standout in the classroom, earning 4.0 GPA. We're excited to welcome him to Stillwater and the Cowboy Basketball family."
High School:
Sharpened his skills with three seasons in the Atlanta-based Overtime Elite league against some of the nation’s top collegiate and professional hoops prospects… Earned All-OTE honors in 2025-26, averaging 19.0 points over 23 regular season and playoff games while helping his team, RWE, reach the league semifinals… Shot 51% from the field, including 40.7% from three (57-of-140), and converted 80.5% of his free throw attempts (62-of-77)… Averaged 14.1 points as a junior and 7.4 points during his sophomore year while helping his team, City Reapers, to the league championship… Shot 45% from deep in eight playoff games… Had a big summer 2024 with Team Takeover on the NIKE EYBL circuit, averaging 12 points on 36% three-point shooting… Joined the Overtime Elite U18 squad at the Adidas Next Generation Tournament where he averaged 20.7 points on 59% three-point shooting to earn all-tournament honors… Played with Team Melo on the Summer 2023 EYBL circuit and averaged 17 points at Peach Jam… Prior to OTE, attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, Md.

Has an older sister who swam collegiately at Kansas and two younger siblings.
